Concept

Mobile test unit for bio-gas produced from stillage, wheat based ethanol production by-product. To facilitate ease of transport we custom built a
12 x 2.5 x 3m shipping container.

Implementation

The customization included floor and roof strengthening, partial insulation and additional doors. After construction the container was fitted with equipment in Denmark and then the unit started a tour of Europe.

Specifics

Removeable wall panels to facilitate the installation and removal of machinery. For transport reasons the strength and stability of the container had to be maintained in spite of the 12m length and the multiple openings that were cut into the roof and sides for doors and ventialtion.
