New container tower in Tiefenhäusern

The new 3 storey modular office building comprises 12, 20' room containers. The red & yellow room modules are fitted with high-quality polyurethane thermal insulation in accordance with 2009 Energy Conservation regulations (EnEV). Each of the 3 floors were individually assembled.

The 1st floor is fitted with a high-quality laminate floor.

The 2nd floor stands out due to it's natural interior.

The 3rd floor on the other hand is elegantly carpeted.

The glass panels on the east side of the building and the windows on the south side provide plenty of natual lighting for the building. Good insulation is achieved through the use of gas filled double glazing and insulating glass. The fully and partially dimmable lighting provides lighting far in excess of that required by workplace regulations.
